A place to meet

Inspired by the small local businesses of the time, Colmado Hispania takes us to the old grocery stores to pay homepage to the tapas culture. A place to taste the best product and enjoy recipes with tradition.

The Space

Much more than a restaurant

Located in the heart of Palma, Colmado Hispania is a place where the main characteristic is the feeling of going back to the traditional. Decorated with traditional elements and materials, the restaurant offers a cosy feeling where to meet, enjoy a fine dining… but, above all, feel at home.
